Registration

  • Registration for conference attendees and all secondary speakers. Early registration is available through February 9.
  • ONE speaker per session may register at the discounted rate of $60.
  • You must be a full time student to register here. Teachers who are attending graduate school while still working do not qualify for student registration rates.
  • Registrations after February 10

Registration, Badge & Program Pick-Up

  • Thursday, March 8: 4 PM - 8 PM 
  • Friday, March 9: 7 AM - 2 PM 

Sessions 

  • Friday, March 9: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM 
  • Saturday, March 10: 8:15 AM - 12:30 PM 

Online Registration is open until February 8, 2018. After February 8, all registrations must be done onsite for $120 per person. 

Registration Costs:

  • Early Registration (through February 9): $100
  • Late Registration (through February 28): $120
  • Primary Speaker Registration: $60.  One speaker from each session may register at this rate.
  • Student Registration: $60.  Full-time students only may register at this rate.
All Registration Types Include:
  • Buffet-style Lunch on Friday with vegetarian options available
  • One year of membership to VCTM to be activated on March 10 or extended one year for existing members
  • Admission to the awards ceremony and evening reception, immediately following the keynote address on Friday.
Early Registration receives:
  • Conference T-shirt 
  • VCTM Tote Bag 

We regret that we cannot provide refunds, but your registration CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON. Contact vctmath@gmail.com if you need to transfer registration to someone else.
